Thank you for taking the time to visit my website. I grew up in the US enjoying traveling and the outdoors. My family spent summers camping through-out the east coast and Canada. My father, an avid photographer gave me my first camera when I was five years old. I continued taking pictures and was given my first film SLR when I was a teenager. In college, my passion for taking pictures grew. I took some photography classes and even lived above the local camera shop. Although, my first images left a lot to be desired.

Life led me more into a technical career with a period at Apple Computer, founding a multimedia company and finally co-founding an IT support and software development company.

During this time, I was always taking pictures and shooting videos. I also got back to creating images more seriously when the first DSLR cameras provided some fantastic images in the early 2000s.

I focus on travel, outdoor and local shooting around the Maryland region. I'm inspired by visiting new places, cultures, I have been fortunate enough to travel to many fantastic places. When I'm not traveling or just shooting something in the region, I can usually be found at home with my wife planning the “next trip.”
